  3. Hopes and Dreams: Share your hopes, dreams, and aspirations for the future. What do you envision for yourself in terms of career, relationships, personal development, and other aspects of life?
  4. Encouragement and Self-Compassion: Offer words of encouragement, self-compassion, and support to your future self. Remind yourself of your strengths, resilience, and ability to overcome challenges.
